Participant must be zoned for Pine Ridge High School
(to confirm which High School you are zoned for click here)
To register your child bring the following items plus all forms listed below:
* Original Birth Certificate plus 1 copy for the league to retain
* Proof of Residency (electric bill, water bill, etc.)
* Final Report Card (4 copies for the league to retain)
* Wallet size current photo of participant for the league to retain
